LifeBridge UMC gathers as a community to reflect on the most profound moment in history—the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. This is a day of sorrow, as we remember the suffering, pain, and ultimate sacrifice that Jesus endured for the salvation of the world. The cross, which once represented shame and death, is now a symbol of love, redemption, and victory over sin.

As we stand at the foot of the cross today, let us come with humble hearts, remembering the great cost of God’s love for us. This is a time for us to reflect deeply on the sacrifice of Jesus, to meditate on His final words, and to give thanks for the grace He offers us through His suffering and death.
